For the CINZ Annual Conference ReserveGroup partners Roland Leemans and Henrik Arlund conducted a workshop presentation on 'Closing the gap'.

This was a well received combination presentation and workshop, and involved providing the latest thoughts and tips on sales and strategy.

The practical element in the workshop enabled participants to look at how the latest ideas could be applied to their own businesses.

Conventions and Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) is the industry body advocating for and aiding those operators involved in the hosting of conferences, business events and other incentive travel. Its membership includes all sizes of accommodation providers and activity operators looking to attract business from this important tourism sector.
