The Top10 annual conference is a meeting of all the members of one of New Zealand’s main holiday park groups.
ReserveGroup Consulting partner Roland Leemans provided a seminar on applying a strategy model to marketing activities.
There can sometimes be a misconception that something such as a strategy model is for larger businesses, when it is something all sizes of business will benefit from.
Having worked with many holiday parks ReserveGroup was only too happy to demonstrate how the techniques they use with larger accommodation providers can also be useful for holiday park operators.
